Mask: WSL 84  HERE

Let’s start with the mask layer:
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 3.  Open mask (WSL 84) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 3 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 84 – OK.  Duplicate and merge down.
Re-size 115%.

This will be the frame layer:
There is not really a frame layer but here is what I did:

Element 7C/P and move it up just a bit.  Make sure your element 7 layer is still highlightedGrab your freehand selection tool.  Click around the inside of the frame of the mirror.  Keep selected.
Now grab the tube you are using.  If you are using the same one as me, grab the close up of the tube now.  Move her into position.
SELECTIONS - INVERT - DELETE - SELECTIONS - INVERT.  Change the blend mode to MULTIPLY and reduce the opacity to 50%.
(see tag for placement)

Now onto some elements:
Wordart - C/P and leave where it lands.  Make sure this layer is UNDER the Element 7 layer(s).  Use the drop shadow described below, but change the color to white.  Then do it a second time but change the V & H to -2.
(see tag for placement)
Element 9  - C/P and move it to the bottom middle of tag.  Make sure this layer is UNDER the Element 7 layer(s).
 (see tag for placement)
Element 1 - C/P and move so the middle of the bottom of this layer is just below the bottom of element 7.  Make sure this layer is UNDER the Element 7 layer(s).
(see tag for placement)
Element 14- C/P and re-size 20%.  Move to the bottom of element 7.  Make sure this layer, and all other layer(s), are OVER element 7 layer(s).
(see tag for placement)
Element 15 - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to the lower right side of tag over element 9.
(see tag for placement)
Element 5 - C/P and re-size 50%.  Move to lower left side of tag over element 9.
(see tag for placement)
Element 4 - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to the top middle of element 7.
(see tag for placement)
Element 3 - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to upper right side of element 1.  Duplicate and mirror.
(see tag for placement)
Element 2 - C/P and re-size 25%.  Move to lower middle of tag in front of element 1.
(see tag for placement)

I placed the tube layer(s) here:
So, I did something a little different again.  I changed the size of the tag BEFORE I pasted the tube on the tag.  So, here goes..... Re-size tag from 800 X 800 to 600 X 600 pixels.  Now, if you use the same tube as me, C/P it now.  Mirror and move her to the bottom left corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I've used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I add name and © info and then save.
